Junior Varsity Boys Contact Development Rugby Basics
JV rugby (players under 16 years old) in the boys division is close to
regular rugby. In previous years, the division was U-15s, where there
were 3 forwards and 7 backs, however, in U-16 rugby there are 5
forwards (props, hooker and locks) and play a more traditional form of
the game.

I both graduated out of the
Phantoms high school boys
team so naturally our heart is
